Refund Policy

1. Overview

BalkanAds provides digital advertising and media placement services. Payments made by advertisers are used to add credits to their BalkanAds account, which can be spent on campaigns within the platform.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital advertising, payments and used credits are non-refundable once ad campaigns have started delivering impressions or clicks.

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • A technical issue prevented a campaign from being launched after payment.
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • BalkanAds failed to provide the purchased advertising service within the defined conditions.

3. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@balkan-ads.com within 7 days of the payment date.

Requests must include:

  • Account email
  • Payment reference
  • Explanation of the issue

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Paysera.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Credits that have been partially or fully used in campaigns.
  • Bonus or promotional credits.
  • Fees paid for third-party integrations or processing.
